First of all thank you for this opportunity and a great product that you have um initially we got this elevator when we were renovating for my mom right she's very old she's 70 years she comes here couple of months in a year so we thought it'll be good use of space and also to help her to get to the first floor um but now we use it day in day out on a daily basis I think we use the elevator for at least 80 to 100 times because we live on the second floor and between me my wife U there is always I would say every 10 15 minutes the the elevator is being used so it's great um it feels very um aesthetically Pleasant you know it it compliments the place that we initially visualized um I think it's a it's a great product it has made our life so easy you know I keep telling my son like to use the lift and I said please use you'll have problem in your knees um in few years so so yeah is pretty safe because when you descend when it comes down it uses the the vacuum technology right so you don't feel kind of uh major jerk or anything and obviously there is a lock in the door I feel quite safe uh when we use the elevator and uh your team has shown us you know it's got automated locks in case of when when it descends um we have installed even a um a phone in the elevator which was already there but we put a SIM card to activate the phone so in case of an emergency I think um that space that we initially visualized for the elevator so fortunately you know the design of the Villa was was so well that you know that we could use that space between the stairs for for the small small um elevator and it fitted very well this uh this Niha elevator fitted very well in that space you can see we've got a small garden behind um the elevator as well you know to just give it and give it an aesthetic feeling so um my guest who all have come to the Villa they have kind of appreciated it very much because um a lot of people for the first time they have seen an elevator inside inside a house um in in Dubai this is not very common and I think this round elevator is also very uncommon um and people were not aware that you can have something like this it's been a great product for us um we've been using it for last one year hopefully many more years to go um we have not experienced any major issues with with the elevator till now whenever you call them you know they send people over for um servicing Within in the next few days so so I feel very comfortable that it's not only about the product but also after the after sales service is also taken care of and that's when you buy uh these piece of machines you need this to be uh taken care of right and we are not Engineers right uh we leave it to the experts right

But it works the other way around the product came here first and then I was happy to see that it's it fits artistically. Okay I've been around the world to many places and I have used a lot of lifts but this one is particularly smooth on its operation it it runs flawlessly it's very nice.
